Converter Foils and Films

VFP produces a range of heat seal coated aluminium and plastic films - reel fed – suitable for sealing to blow-moulded or injection moulded cups and containers. We are a leading supplier to printing companies and pre-cut lid producers supplying the food industry.

We can offer:

• Aluminium foils in a wide range of gauges
• Different specifications of heat seal coating to suit the application and container substrate, e.g. for sealing to PS, PP, PET
• Easy peel solutions
• Suitability for hot fill up to 80˚C
• Excellent product resistance for a wide range of product applications
• Suitable for conduction and induction sealing (subject to heat seal lacquer specification)

We supply most of these products to printing and punching companies who print the material with highly sophisticated designs and punch it in to a lid size as required by the end user.
